As I discover the many great blogs by other like-minded Catholic Dads I thought it was finally time to join them. The blog Catholic Dads is one of the blogs that has helped inspire me to go in this direction with my blog.

I'll also be posting information about Catholic news and events in the Diocese of Gaylord located in Northern Michigan. That's kind of the thought I had for starting the blog as I am hoping to one day be a deacon in the diocese. Those plans have been put on hold due to some new challenges in my family, but never-the-less it's still a goal and so I'll try to keep you on top of that.
